Yes - called Canon and they did a pickup on the camera, replaced the LCD screen and shipped it back, all without cost to me. It is listed as a problem in their system. I called the tech support number on the back of my book (now in storage, so I can't look that up for you) but it should be on the web also. Good luck! I had EXCELLENT service for this problem. Wm |
