hi i read your problem about your mp4 the error format means that your player doennot support that particular format if u want to solve your problem then u may download a software name as all video converter and then change the format of the clip and play it hope u will like my suggestion and it was helpful

the format has to be .mp4 or .avc that way it will work

to watch vids or movies on your mp4 you need to convert them. My sony is a nwz-s615f and I have to convert to mobile phone mpeg-4 movie ( *.mpeg) and when copying it: make sure it's in the right folder, same applies for pic, music,... anyvideoconverter is a good program for this, easy to use :-)) Hope this helps ciao whirefox

if you have nero 6 or higher you can cange the format high light the photo & video icon then nero digital on the bottom right corner set to nero digital under that set to mobile then add files
