well.. to play videos in your player it should be .3gp, .avi, .mp4 format because if the format is .amv it will be error in your player...

hi sir, i buy new sony mp4 player ipod.but it not supporting mp4 format vidieo its shows only when i was playd that format. i convert into mpeg format to mp4 and then loaded into my mp4 player then i played that movie it show error. how can i solved this problem please relplay if any solution. thanku sir

I recorded video on MPEG4 but i could not down load it on my coputer what can i do? i also try to down load songs from computer to my MPEG4 BUT I COUDN'T. The window on internet could not recognize it.

try to download some video clips on to the SONY MP4 player and saved the clips as .AMV files

when ever i insert my USB in to the computer in order to danload song of my chioce the computer will not reconginize it, I have but so many USB but no way. SO ples help me.
