Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI would love to join this lawsuit. We had our camcorder for about 6 months when it went into safemode. By the time I sent it back to JVC they wanted over $400 to fix it. I said no and then they said they would fix it for $250 and I still said no. So they charged me $50 to look at it and then sent it back. I sent it to a local shop and they could not fix it. It is currently sitting in the closet broke. A total waste of money!! Tricia

Try tapping the side of the camcorder and see if it then works again. Mine did. I know there is a problem, but the tapping might enable you to use it again. |
