MY DVD IS SHOWING CODE H02 CANNOT PLAY THE DISC

open the DVD, power up, put it a DVD and use your finger clockwise spin the white wheel on the top of the dvd tray. it will fix the problem.

Any solutions ????

It seems the problem catches all DVD-RV21 players in a sudden. I have the same problem too. My machine even refused to open/close. Can someone tell me if this problem can be fixed?
