Dear Juan: Thank you for spearheading this effort. I hope we can be a part of this class-action lawsuit. We have a JVC GR-DVL520. Purchased in May 2002. Died in Dec. 2004. It shows the EO4 code, would not eject the cassette, in fact ate the cassette. We have the original receipt which shows we paid $700 for it. This was our third camcorder in 6 years. (Our second JVC) The first one was an older model. Please let us know what we should do. Donka Rbinson
