Home | First message in thread | Previous messageEverything works but once i insert the dv cassette yellow sign in the middle and C:31:22. When i eject the dv cassette and give several air blow in the camcorder and put the dv cassette back in the camcorder. It will work for 3 seconds then the error message again. I took off the dv cassette and battery and leave it for hours, days and still won't work. Put a new dv cassette and nothing it will not play, record on dv cassette.

Hi i have the same problem but my error code says 31:23 do you know can I repair this? Error code C:31:23 Morning – I cannot use my Handycam due to the error message above. It is also flashing underlined triangle. Can you help? Your time and consideration is greatly appreciated. We have no camera shops with 65 miles of us.
