Re: Error Codes Assistance

my problem is the error code C:31:22 ON my sony digital8 dcr trv 250.please help, it won`t record and it won`t play back.

  Everything works but once i insert the dv cassette yellow sign in the middle and C:31:22. When i eject the dv cassette and give several air blow in the camcorder and put the dv cassette back in the camcorder. It will work for 3 seconds then the error message again. I took off the dv cassette and battery and leave it for hours, days and still won't work. Put a new dv cassette and nothing it will not play, record on dv cassette.

    Error code C:31:23 Morning – I cannot use my Handycam due to the error message above. It is also flashing underlined triangle. Can you help? Your time and consideration is greatly appreciated.   error C31:22 T reel fault.But it is some time your Video head is dirty.
  So here what u have to do is open ur camera and clean with the cleaning cloth and cleaning liquid
