okey you can... handycam specialy for sony..kind of error code like that ussualy supplay reel problem, first you can supplay motor FG with 5 volt to raise the mechanic play position.. second.. you can spin the pinch roll with your hand up to down, if you spin the pinchroll supplay reel isnt move that is the problem, you can un tight the break in supplay reel.. that mean the problem allmost in break is to tight pressing supplay reel have a nice try
