Hi, I have recently purchased the GR-D270U DV Camera. There are two problems I am having: The first problem I am having is that each time i try to install the CD that came with it will not install on my computer and does not show up on my desktop, but this is not a big deal I have Windows Movie Maker 2.0. The next problem is the big one... My camera came with a USB cord thing, and i will hook it up to my computer and my camera. It does not show up on my computer that there is a camera plugged in, do I need to buy something extra, if so, please let me know as soon as possible. Thankyou for your time, Dirk

hay i got a GR-D70AA jvc digital video and it films for around 5 seconds and the displays on the screen "this unit is in safemode, then tells me to remove tape and retire and put it back in. can anyone help me please

We have a JVC GR-AXM 230U camcorder. Tape End came on the screne and when I tried to eject the tape, It said it was in EO2 safe mode. It said to remove battery and reinsert. We did this and it did not fix the problem. Please help.

our television model # AV-20BP3 does not put out any sound but the picture on it is fine. How do i fix this? thanks, Tammy

I have a JVC camcorder (MODEL: GR-DVXE). I want to replace the old rechargeable battery I have as it cannot be fully recharged. I am not quite sure if its the fault of the battery or the battery charger. Can you suggest me a way to find out where the fault lies. I have been using the camera since 1998. I would also like to buy a cable to link the camcorder to my pc. I am not sure which cable would serve my purpose. I have tried searching for these components on the net but in vain. Can you suggest me of the types of components that are required or the best websites which would be helpful. Thanks Binod

I have JVC GR-D33 Mini-DV camacorder. A couple of months afer I bought it stop working and said condensation on the display. This happened twice and than went away. Four weeks ago I film my children fine no problems. Two weeks after that I tried using it while on vacation and the screen is all blurry and when trying to film it does not acknowlege hours or minutes left to film. Can you tell what the problem is and is it worth repairing.
