Hello, I've got a JVC GR-D73AG cam corder and my problem is that following message "Unit in safeguard mode" shows up every time I use it. I don't know what to do to fix it. Can you help me with this. Thanks in advance. Phil i have a jvc grd22u i plugged the cord into it, because i cant seem to buy a battery for it that will keep any life, so i just use it with the power cord. i plugged the cord into the camcorder to check that it was still working and it was then i checked for the tape to see if it had enough time on it, it did not. so i ejected the tape, unplugged the power cord and got another tape and darted out of the door. when i got to the destination the ejected part of the camera would not go in. the power was on and i got a error first of unit in safeguard mode, then a error of take the battery off or something like that even though the power cord was the only source of power, then eo4 eject tape and reinsert tape which plugged and unplugged i could not get the the thing the tape goes in to go in to record my childs audition. please help. cham I have a jvc camcorder model # gr-d70u. It will not accept a tape. When you put one in it says it is in safegaurd mode and then kiks it back out. What do you think? Thanks Matt Hello, I have a camcorder JVC GR-D30U and the specifications says the camcoreder is able to record from the PC using Dv connection (DV input/output), but the manual says it is not capable of doing it. (just DV output). Does someone knows if is it possible to capture a image from the PC??? I am based at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. I am using JVC Camcoder GR-DVL 45A, Serial no: 11540098. It is being used since 1999 but sparingly. Since a year it has developed a problem of intermittently showing E04 on the LCD and does not work further. By luck it works, some times, by switching off/remove and replace the cassette. I do not want to give for reapir as my experience with other products indicate, my luck of repair. After going through some web sites, I am going to try to use a new JVC cassette and utilise a head cleaning cassette. However I am not getting them in India. Could you please let me know the reason and remedy for the failure and the places in India where we get JVC parts/cassettes. Regards Hi. I have a minisystem named UX-C7 and lately i can-t listen to cds any more...something happened to it and someone told me that i have to buy the entire magnifier tool. I got out that block and on it i saw written OPT-6.Does anybody know where i might find such a thing?? Thanx!! I have a JVC AV-32770 which is clicking when I turn it on. I have been unable to find a schematic. The relay clicks as though to turn on then click again as though it was turning off. Seems like voltage to hold the relay up must be missing so suspect power supply components. Nothing visibly burnt or discolored. It continues the clicking as long as plugged into power. The front controls have no effect, likewise the remote control. Set is about 9 years old but I hate to throw it away for what is likely a very repairable problem. Can you help me please. Thanks, Robert Martin JVC 27320 - picture too dark, even with brightness all way up. Any way to fix it w/out opening the cabinet? My boyfriend bought a JVC Kameleon (car stereo) from a guy he works with, without the manuel! It is instaled in my car now and I cant work it. How do I eject a cd? The radio is fine, but i have Rascle Flats in my cd player and they are very tierd and would like to come out. All i have to work with is the remote it came with. Please help!! My stereo somehow got on mute, maybe from my three year old ... and I don't have any idea hot to get it off PLEASE HELP I have a JVC Kameleon stereo , it's the one where the little key pad pops out of the bottom when it turns on and "hello" scolls across the screen. It is a CD player. Right now there Is a letter "M" on the screen and there is no sound being sent to my speakers. So, I am to asume that it is on mute. But as I said... no clue where mute could even be! If you could please help, I'd be very greatful! Thanks in advance! |
