I am having the same problems that many others are also having with the E01 message. Its says that I has gone into safeguard, and that I need to remove and reattach the battery. I cannot open the tape door or record. The model number is JVC GR-DVL720U. Please help me!

I have this problem all the time, and at a point I plan to junk all 3 of the JVC cameras that I own GH-D30U GR-D33U Gr-DVL320U This has been nothing nut a hassle. One which I can not understand. I will never buy another JVC product following this experience. If you have the fix...I would love to know what it is Thanks

Purchased a JVC Mini camcorder model GR-D27OU. It displays E06 Unit in Safeguard Mode then displays EO6 REmove and reattach Battery.

I have a JVC GR-D70U. It is currently flashing "lens cap on", but the lens cap is not on. There is no authorized service center in this area. Any suggestions as to what happened to this camera. We used it one day and the next day, it would not work. Thanks, michelle

I have GR-DX77U When I play a tape I hear unusual running motor sound and picture is distorted it gets better when I flip the camera on its side, LCD side up, and the picture gets less distorted. i have a thm 505 home theatre and the fan doesnt run so after a couple seconds the subwoofer turns of and i have no sound. is it the fan motor or anything else?
