GR-D91 Digital Video Camera. Lens Cap on message displayed while lens cap is off. Tried reseting and removing battery, but LCD screen still displays black. Playback in video works fine.

I have a GR-SXM250U, About two years ago, we moved into our new house and I lost the A/C adapter to our camera during the move. I bought a new A/C adapter one on e-bay last week,I connected it to my camera and the charge light didn't come on at all, I tried charging the battery over night and still nothing. The charger works, when I checked it, I read 11 Volts DC on my multi-meter, Could the battery be dead or the problem? This camera was used for only three hours since new, it has never been dropped or abused. We kept the camera in a well padded case inside a box. With the adapter connected, no LED charge light or power light illuminates on the camera. Please help, thanks Juan, Charleston, SC

Hi I have a jvc modelav32f485, we were watching it yesterday and the screen suddenly extended out on the left and right sides where you can't see all the writing and seems real close up, the screen is a little blurry and color is not as good thanks for any help you can give me Larry

I have a JVC CA-HXD7 and when I power it on, it starts to initialize, but then says PROTECT and shuts down. Any ideas why this is? It did have 2 cd's stuck for whatever reason, but I was able to get them out, and that's when this error appeared. Thank you for you help

I "open/eject" to put a miniDv in my JVC-DVX 407 EG; I "push here" to close, but it's not close. On the lcd : error codes, "unit safeguard mode", "remove and reattach battery". Error codes persist. What can I do.
