i have a jvc GR-D31EK camcorder and getting the condensation operation paused messafge on screen and if i eject the tape it wont go back in please advice on waht can be done to solve it thanks kiran

Hi Stacy I have JVC GR-D31U DV camcorder. I use to get CONDENSATION, OPERATION PAUSED PLEASE WAIT messages, but after one day and using the blow dryer it would go away. But now I have this message for 4 days and i can't get rid of it. I don't think there is any condensation in the apartment, and the camera is in the apartment more than one month. What should i do? Should i open the camera and unplug the connector close to the rear (thumb switch) ( do a hard reset)? Thanks

Hi, the cassette cover does not open when i push the eject button, Its a new GR-D750 camcorder, when I pull the cassette holder cover till it locks, the cassette cover is supposed to open automatically, but it wont. I bought it 10 months back and never opened it. Please advise. thank you, panati.

Hi there Stacy. This site is from a few years ago, so I'm not sure if this email address is still current, but I'll give it a shot. :) I have the JVC GR-DVL505 and every other time I try to use my camera I get the E04 message saying "Unit in Safeguard Mode" then "Remove and Reattach Battery". Is there a way to combat this problem. It's an older camera so it's seen some use, but I've been seeing this for awhile and would love to resolve the issue. Many thanks! Heidi
