Hi I have a NuTONE bell panel in front of building (4 apartment building) with 4 door bells. Each apartment has the intercom and button to open front door of bulding for entrance. The system is at least 25-27 years old. All the wiring is fine as I had an electrician check it out. THE problem is that 2 of the door bells are permanently stuck (pushed) in and cannot be pressed to ring the apartment bell. In the past, when they got stuck, I was able to release it, now I cannot at all. The electrician tells me that a new silver panel with 4 bells would cost $720 + to replace as it is an old system. The intercom system panel in my apartment reads 'AIPHONE Model HM-7. Is this an acurate price for replacement for ONLY the front door silver panel with bells? I await your reply. thank you
