Hi, Never did purchase new door bell unit - I actually fixed it! and so far it is working w/o problem. Don't ask How I fixed it - took me few hours or puttering & just rumbled around inside the panel = unloosened stuck button and all worked fine. PS Did i go on a nuton intercom system site or something = that was months ago... e.
