If the eject button is broken needs to be sent out for repair, if not hold it for 10 seconds while the camcorders off. Also try removing the battery for 3 minutes then put it back, do not power the camcorder on, then hold the eject button for 10 seconds again. Make sure it's charged. Their stub-burn so it might take you a few times. Don't pull on the door to hard, it'll break, trust me.
