Homehi...mini-disk door latch tries to release door but door doest open so i cant remove disk... any ideas...hope i dont lose my video data ,i dont know how to recover it. thanks

If the eject button is broken needs to be sent out for repair, if not hold it for 10 seconds while the camcorders off. Also try removing the battery for 3 minutes then put it back, do not power the camcorder on, then hold the eject button for 10 seconds again. Make sure it's charged. Their stub-burn so it might take you a few times. Don't pull on the door to hard, it'll break, trust me. |
