This is an indication that a fault has developed within the circuitry and the set has powered down for safety reasons, if completely unplugging it from the mains input power supply for a couple of minutes before re-connecting it again doesnt improve the situation, then I am afraid that it requires the assistance of a service tech as there is nothing a non technical person can do.
