MY JVS TV IS NOT TURNING ON .

I HAVE A JVC 56INCH TV WHEN I TRY TO TURN IT ON IT SHUTS RIGHT BACK OFF .THEN MY POWER BUTTON KEEPS BLINKING RED . NOT SURE IF THESE ARE THE MODEL NUMBERS BUT I FOUND THEM ON THE SIDE ON A STICKER ..10223311 HD-56G787BAA..THANK YOU

Meant to also add, that this section from the numbers listed is the actual model number - HD-56G787BAA

This is an indication that a fault has developed within the circuitry and the set has powered down for safety reasons, if completely unplugging it from the mains input power supply for a couple of minutes before re-connecting it again doesnt improve the situation, then I am afraid that it requires the assistance of a service tech as there is nothing a non technical person can do.
