Oh man I was way too scared to drop my camera or smack it on something too hard.. So I slapped it on my hand - not very hard, and only once - and now it works perfectly :-) I was so amazed, whoever thought of that, I would totally buy a pint. Thanks heaps! I was getting rather distressed - already have to send my SLR away, didn't want to have to send my DCR-SR85 as well!!
