Sony Trinitron KV-32FS17. Power came off yesterday and the STANDBY/TIMER light came on. Power cannot be restored.

Sony Trinitron KV-32FS17. Power will not come on and the STANDBY/TIMER light keeps flashing red.. Power cannot be restored. Is there anything we can do or is the TV shot? Denise
