This is so awesome that I can get an idea of the problem without spending $100 to find the camera's not worth repairing - so here goes. Ive got a reasonably old JVC GR-D230AA - old but gold. Ive been dumping image from a tape to computer for editing and without any reason or warning its just stopped replaying the image. The tape motor is still running and I hear the tape run FF or REW but the screen (both viewfinder and screen) is blue and there is no replay sound. Any idea what might cause this? Is it terminal do the think? many thanks Colin Brisbane Australia.
