The image sensor fault occurring in the model mentioned doesnt come into the same category as comments made regarding the DX model, as in the DX ranges it was due to faulty sensors having been fitted hence the "free" repair, but on the one you mention its more likely to be a bad ribbon cable connection or the mode switch thats responsible. |
