Hello, Thank you for the help, I pointed the remote at the screen of a digital camera without seeing anything, in addition, I pointed a good remote without seeing anything. I disassembled the remote and everything looked OK and clean, but the light emmiting diode that is located in the front looks as if there is a crack inside the bulb between a common connection, now I'm not sure if that is normal or not. In any case, what could I do to see if this remote is emmiting a light from the front bulb? Bill
