PLEASE NOTE!! - Anyone requesting this info "HAS" to request it via the "POST NEW MESSAGE" facility at the top of every screen "AND NOWHERE ELSE" as not doing so will make the new request appear under the date of the posting it was originally made under, and because this can be from some time in the past will not be read, numerous people having done this and likewise not received any reply.
