I messed up my son's JVC TV model AV-27020 Serial 07472635, manufactured in 1999. I am trying to find a manual or get help to have it fixed. I accidentally blocked the picture (they only use the TV for watching videos or DVDs. How do I unlock it, unblock it. A black rectangle shows up on the screen. Tried unplugging a half hour or more and replugging it in. It is okay until you hit on button on the remote, the black rectangle reappears. Thanks.
