Pechorins ridiculous blocking system for certain words being used in replies has necessitated me to severely edit the reply, so this is the latter half of the above reply which had to be altered. With >>"non-digital"<< devices its much more efficient just to copy the video onto a DVD disc using a cheap DVD recorder, as the results obtained doing it this way are excellent and you don't have the problem of dealing with the massive file sizes that direct connection can sometimes result in.
