My Sony Trinitron KV 35V36 would not turn on on 5-6-09 in the p.m. The red stand by/ timer light blinks but will not turn engage the screen. Sound runs directly through my Theatre sound system via the sat box, as does the VHS (Also Sony). The T.V. has white noise sound, i.e. when running through the tv/video button.
