HomeTrying to capture video I have tried to capture video to my computer from this camera to no avail. I have bought another cable to capture but nothing has happened. I captured on one computer before but am not able to do it now. I have tried on two computers and I'm going crazy about what to do. Somebody please help me!

You really have to explain far more about the procedure you are presently using to try and capture the video, and this info should include the make of PC - the operating system it runs on - if it has any video capture software installed - and what connections you are using between the camcorder and the PC. I feel you are adopting a little bit of a simplistic approach to a procedure that can in many cases be fraught with problems. |
