I had moved my 27'' Sony Trinitron to the basement after buying a Sharp Aquos for the family room. Shortly after that the Sony would only come on for a few minutes and shut off . First the picture followed by the sound . I tried the blow dryer trick and the TV has been working fine for hours . I guess I'll have to move it back upstairs if I want to use it .
