I bought the JVC DRM10S DVD recorder in 2004. I have sent it back 3 times to the factory service center in New Jersey. It is malfunctioning again and hasn't worked for months. The JVC service center said since I haven't called for a few months I am not on "record" of having a recent problem!!! It has malfunctioned since 2004 with loading and freezing problems even after the repair center "FIXED" itthree times. Why do we have to put up with this kind of service? Why isn't this problem made right by JVC? Shouldn't the customers have more respect when we buy defective products? Why should I have to pay shipping costs 4 times?
