Home | First message in thread | Previous messageYou have to got too the JVC website and they will send you to the page or link. The camera HAS TOO BE SENT TO ONE OF THEIR SERVICE CENTERS!! I did it...they paid for EVERYTHING...SHIPPING, REPAIR, RETURN....I had it back like new in just over 1 week. It's a design flaw that they will fix!!
