You have to got too the JVC website and they will send you to the page or link. The camera HAS TOO BE SENT TO ONE OF THEIR SERVICE CENTERS!! I did it...they paid for EVERYTHING...SHIPPING, REPAIR, RETURN....I had it back like new in just over 1 week. It's a design flaw that they will fix!! |
