I have same device with same problem. IC502 is the faulty part. To fix it, you should desolder all 14 pins ot remove the chip( probably some or all pins are already separated from the chip). Either you replace the chip, or you can resolder all pins back to the chip and use JB WELD cement to fill up the empty space. It works.
