Additional to the aforementioned - should anyone else be reading this and have a similar problem, please note that the model of camcorder MUST be mentioned, as the offer does not apply to every model, especially DF versions. Also choosing to restrict your e-mail address automatically excludes the full info being able to be sent, this for reasons explained above.
