HomeI try to record and the screen is blank. It does not show any images. I try to record on both Manual and Automatic setting, and the screen is black. At first the Lens Cap notification comes on and then goes away, but the screen stays black even when the lens cap is off. This happens on both the LCD display as well as through the viewfinder. If I press the record button, it will record, but on playback, its only a blank screen. How can I fix this?

This is a manufacturing defect and which a free repair is on offer provided you have the camcorders original packaging containing the warranty, (or just the original purchasers warranty) however fuller details can only be sent to a direct e-mail due to the nature of the text which also includes web links for appropriate JVC service contacts in various countries. |
