HomeJVC camcorder not working Hello Stacy for offering help, I hv MC500 camcorder and even though the lens cap is removed its shows blank screen its jus a year old camcorder nothing went wrong with it like fall down, water went inside or something like that. Thanks Vivek

Stacy's section is no longer operational, and indeed hasnt been for over two years now, however as your GZ-MC500 is a relatively new and sophisticated device I would contact JVC customer services regarding this problem as they may offer a goodwill repair on it. Needless to say there is nothing you can do about the problem if you are operating it correctly. Contact phone numbers.
