I bought a Onida split AC 1 ton model SZ12gls on 23 03 2006, and I had given Annual Maintenance contract to your company for the last two years (sr no.2100349 for 2006 and srno.200128 for 2007. So far I did not have any maintenace service from your combatore branch office, where I reside. despite so many calls they seldom respond immediately, Now I think whether there is any need for giving AMC to your company, if this kind of Very poor service exists. Recently I had made a complaint on 19.05.2006 No.205, for renewal of amc and servicing above mentioned product. I made nearly 15 calls by taking two days of leave waiting waiting..., But to my dismay no one did respond from your office which compelled me to complain to you. I hope that certain HARSH steps would be taken by your goodselves and this kind of poor servicing will not persist in future. Hope to get prompt and EFFECTIVE response from your side. thanking you RAMANATHAN
