I bought a Onida split AC 1 ton model SZ12gls on 23 03 2006, and I had given Annual Maintenance contract to your company for the last two years (sr no.2100349 for 2006 and srno.200128 for 2007. So far I did not have any maintenace service from your combatore branch office, where I reside. despite so many calls they seldom respond immediately, Now I think whether there is any need for giving AMC to your company, if this kind of Very poor service exists. Recently I had made a complaint on 19.05.2006 No.205, for renewal of amc and servicing above mentioned product. I made nearly 15 calls by taking two days of leave waiting waiting..., But to my dismay no one did respond from your office which compelled me to complain to you. I hope that certain HARSH steps would be taken by your goodselves and this kind of poor servicing will not persist in future.
