Unfortunately unable to send the full details as has been done in the other postings, this is due to you restricting your e-mail address, however if you go onto JVC's website for where ever you are located (suffix indicates US or Canada) you may be able to get the info from there although the offer did expire at the end of June, but it has twice been extended so that may happen again. You should be aware that you must be the original purchaser, and have proof of being, to obtain the free repair.
