Dear Sir I had bought one Fly SX 390 Mobile from reliance Digital, Vashi on 26.1.08, while using the mobile, I had a problem in charging the phone, as per the advise of Reliance Digital, I approached your Vashi Servicer Center on 27.02.2008,they had checked my mobile and informed that there is a problem in charger, hence the same need to be replaced, for which they made the Job card No 042614/615 dt 27.2.08, and informed that you will be getting the replacement after 5 days, and hand over my mobile phone with charger to them, a After five days I again checked up with them, they inform that the parts is not available, it is expect another 2 days, you come after 4 days, I also vistaed your Service center on 14.3.08, still my mobile phone is not ready, the are telling the same story, the part is not available, I am totally fed up, being a very small problem it tooks more than 15 days time, if any problem on component level, how much time it takes, hence I humbly request you to when I can expect my mobile back, it is very difficult for me, pls help and close the issue at the earliest Pls find enclosed the scan copy of the Job card and Bill for the purchase of my mobile Regards J Raamkuamr
