Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI am afraid your problem is caused because you haven't used the correct method to disable the sensor, as the sensor has to be shorted out at its connection block pins, disconnecting it leaves the system permanently active. I could have passed precise instructions on how this is carried out, however that is not possible as you have restricted your e-mail address, and the comprehensive info cannot be pasted into the web page as it contains a number of JPEG's for illustration purposes. It should also be pointed out that the modification is really aimed at people who are used to working with precision equipment, and who possess a good quality fine tipped soldering iron, as precise soldering is required.

Thank you. i tried to unplug both connectors, by the battery and the strip connector, no results. same message. any thing else that might work? please send me instructions Hi I have been searching the net for clues on how to fix the condensation problem on my jvc, mine is actually the GR-D40EK but it sounds to me that many people have similar problems with other models, have you detailed instructions on how to fix the problem, i am an electrical engineer so able to understand instructions and have no problems with dismantling the camera or snipping or soldering sensor wires as required, any help would be greatly appreciated.
