All camcorders have approx four "soldered in and difficult to get to" fuses, however there is a remote chance it could just be faulty / oxidised contacts on the power input socket, as this can also cut the battery out.
Try holding the camcorder upside down and giving a short squirt of electrical lubricant cleaner into the power socket (just inside! & not pointing straight into), then rapidly push the power plug in / out about 6 times or so, if it is the contacts that action usually cleans them.
If that action fails then unfortunately its likely to be a main fuse thats failed, this can be caused from "just one of those things" to rewinding of a slightly sticky tape or a more complex electronic fault having developed.
