HomeWondering how to get the information on fixing the "Lens cap on" issue? Hello! I read that people are having the same issue with the camera thinking the lens cap is on (when it's not!!) and the screen being totally black. I can replay video I took a long time ago but can't record anything b/c the screen is black. Does anyone know the email address to find out how to fix this problem?? Thanks in advance!

Can only send the FULL info on this to a direct e-mail address, however a special FREE repair offer on this fault which has been running for nearly three years now expires on the 31st of this month, (DEC 31st 07) so if you have the ORIGINAL purchase receipt for the camcorder contact JVC customer services of where ever you are located and tell them of your problem, this offer ONLY applies to original purchasers. |
