DSC-W55 Error Msg E:91:01

flash error
my dscw55 is showing flash error E:91:01 so flash won't work have done setup 1 initialise but still not working has anyone got any idea how to fix this?

I have the same problem. I tried the master reset but it hasn't worked. Where is the 'reset' button???

try to reset by rest botton.if not possible change flash board through sony service technician.
