you have a bad contact on the ac adapter because you have 3 contacs for two wires from the suply and if one the two contacts on the same wire is not good you have this message. Clean the contacts inside your camera in order to have good three contacts!! I have found this effect when trying to use a battery at the place of the ac adapter.
