Hello, I bought my camcorder model #GRD-32U approximately 2 years ago & have used it about 6 or 7 times. Last week, when I attempted to record something -- through both the monitor & the lens finder the only thing I could see were vertical coloured lines (blue, brown, yellow). From what I understand, through research on the internet, this is due to a faulty CCD being installed in the camera at the manufacturing plant & that JVC will repair this at no cost to the consumer. Who would I contact in regards to this? Thank you, Janet
