Home | Previous messageError 02 is a "tape slack" error. Most likely cause of this error message is a worn or broken reel belt, underneath the chassis. A worn idler wheel may also be suspect.

Do you know the approximate costs to get this machine serviced for a replacement belt and/or idler? thanks, Thank you for the reply.
