I believe this problem occurs when we use the zoom in/out and hold the pull button (w/t or -+) for some time after the zoom reaches its minimum/maximum. After this, the lens zoom system becomes locked and don't work... I've tried many options forcing the lens to not extend and applying wacks against the lens. The one that solved the problem for a few minutes was turning on the camera in movie mode and forcing the lens tube against my leg. Few minutes after the problem is back...I Hope after some attempts it wil be fixed...
